Landscaping work, including roading and playgrounds, has now started as finishing work continues on the Hall/Admin block (note the solar panels on the roof) and the three teaching blocks.
The school will have a grassed playing field and an in-ground irrigation system will allow the newly-planted seed to flourish. The playing field as well as the netball courts and the Hall will be available for community use once the school is open in February next year.
The Establishment Board and staff are excited to see the plans for the new school coming to fruition in a timely manner. We’re grateful to Southbase and all their sub-contractors for the excellent job being done in a tight timeframe.
